Requesting a return
Contact hello@lookco.in within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and the reason for your request.
Items should be unused, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging, subject to inspection. This does not restrict rights available under applicable law.
Review and resolution
Our team will review the request and explain the next steps. For damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products, we will provide an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law.
Refund timing
Refund processing time and the applicable refund method are being finalized. Contact our support team for instructions relating to your order.
We will not publish a specific refund timeline until the operational process is confirmed.
Size exchanges
Eligible size exchanges are subject to stock and courier serviceability. LOOK CO covers shipping for an eligible size exchange. Contact us before returning the item.
