We deliver across India, subject to courier serviceability for your PIN code.
Our estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days. Delivery may vary by destination, courier operations and other circumstances.
Shipping rates
Enjoy free shipping on orders above ₹999.
For orders that do not qualify, the applicable shipping charge must be shown at checkout before you pay.
Returns within 7 days
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items should be unused, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging, subject to inspection.
These conditions do not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection law.

Size exchanges
We offer size exchanges, subject to stock availability and courier serviceability. LOOK CO covers shipping for an eligible size exchange.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order details and photos where possible.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in line with applicable law.
